When you register a claim, the claim form will be sent to our claim and complaint team. You will need add the required evidence. If we find any missing information, you will be required to provide all those details and after that, our team will be on the track to help you out.

Yes, you can load your car with personal effects into rear seats and boot. However, the front seats (driver and passenger seats) should be left empty to allow our driver to drive the car easily and facilitate the loading on the container.
