No, you can use any box of your choice. We will use the box dimension to charge as we do for our own boxes.
The general transit time for a container is 45 days plus a week used for clearance before the container should arrive in Kinshasa.

You are required to point the issue on delivery as no claim of the damaged consignment will be accepted after the delivery has happened.

When you register a claim, the claim form will be sent to our claim and complaint team. You will need add the required evidence. If we find any missing information, you will be required to provide all those details and after that, our team will be on the track to help you out.

A sea shipment box can have up to 80kg any extra kg will be charged at £2.5 per kg
We only keep your shipment for a maximum of 7 days free of charge. After this period we do charge £3/day per parcel and £20/day per car
Yes, UK storage is free of charge if the parcel goes with the next container departure. Otherwise we would charge £5 per item per day

We do not normally, open the parcels but other scanning machines will be used to scan the parcel such as x-ray and trace detectors. However, we do not take responsibility for the government agencies such as customs, police, and border security as they might open the shipment.

We would normally give 2% discount for any customer paying for his car in full. However, we do accept at least 60% of upfront payment on vehicle transportation.
Yes, you can load your car with personal effects into rear seats and boot. However, the front seats (driver and passenger seats) should be left empty to allow our driver to drive the car easily and facilitate the loading on the container.
We take care for any vehicle shipped with Zexfret to avoid damage to the car. However, we usually offer insurance in order to allow us to replace or repair any damage caused during the container journey.
Yes, we can help you to buy a car as we work with major car dealers in United Kingdom and others across the Europe.
Yes, we can come to collect your car. However, we do charge administrative fees to cover the cost of fuel, day insurance and driver transport. Please contact our office to enquire.
